Itella Logistics, SIA - Itella - lost our PARCEL
Itella do not answer the phone. After waiting for the Parcel from 20th Jan, on 2nd February we went to their terminal ourselves and instead of giving us our Parcel with computer, they gave us the document that our Parcel cannot be found in their terminal and is considered as lost, but they do not show it on their tracking site.

Tikko tomēr saņēmu savu paku, bet jebkurā gadījumā tas viss man prasīja daudz nervu un laika.

Their company haven't delivered my parcel. I tried to contact them from 5th of February via email and phone - unsuccessfully. All operators are always busy and they don't reply to emails

I have the same issue but with Itella Lithuania. My parcel was lost by GLS Lithuania. The latest status is that the has reached the GLS location in Poland Strykow and then "not delivered". GLS Poland confirmed that they do not have this parcel (and also they attached photos which confirm that the parcel was loaded to container to LT). But GLS/Itella Lithuania (supposed to be the next point after Poland) say that they don't have this parcel (meanwhile, they also have no idea if they received this parcel or not - I mean seems like they do not make any recordings).
