AirBaltic - Reimbursment not in full amount
Message: following claim #262428 was registered through airbaltic claim service. No reply was received. No paid phones were answered within reasonable time >5 min awaiting time. It is very frustrated not to get any feed back from service provider. Charging money for not providing a service is an expression of fraud.
#Dear AirBaltic Good day, Due to my flight to Malaga was canceled I have received a voucher supposed to cover expenses for buying a ticket plus a bonus. Value of voucher does not cover the price I paid when booking on AirBaltic web site initial ticket price plus the amount I pay to cover price difference for changing day in view of COVID .
