Bag Fee - Flight from Riga to Ireland on 5

Dear Ryanair Customer Service,

am writing to formally submit a complaint
regarding an issue I experienced during my
flight from Riga to Ireland on 5 September
2025.

I had purchased a Priority ticket, which
includes a 10kg cabin bag with the allowed
dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20 cm. My bag
fully complied with these size restrictions

However, at the gate, your staff claimed my
bag did not meet the requirements -even
though they measured it and confirmed the
dimensions were correct. Despite this, I
was told that if 1 did not pay €75, I would
not be allowed to board the flight
