Guys, if its a temporary job, no worries, but if your ambitions span above 1,5k per month, this place is not a place to be. Not only are you going to pretty soon realise that this place is a spot for his owner, his friends and relatives to shine. Everyone else is a slave to these guys. If you ask me I'd say this is a drowning boat, so you better go ahead and do something meaningful there at least. You will be left behind no matter your skills or passions, your achievements will be either completely stolen or attributed to someone else (for ex., your boss). You will be blamed for the things you are not really are. Double standards everywhere, people bullying one another, fuck this place, and fuck casino industry in general, it should be banned in LV, fucking morons taking advantages of locals, the karma will bite you in the ass.

This is completely untrue and sounds like a very emotional reaction rather than an objective view of the company.
It’s very sad to hear such words, especially when we always try to resolve situations through open conversations. If someone has concerns or feels unhappy, we are always ready to listen and discuss them. Our owner is a great person, and one of the things we truly value is that every employee has a voice and can speak freely. Everyone is welcome to share their opinions, concerns, and ideas.We always try to keep things open and honest, and it’s sad to see such a negative picture being presented when this is simply not how we see or experience the company.
