Scandiweb - Scandiweb - the worst recruiting process!
Dear job applicants,
please be aware of how the recruiting process happens in Scandiweb if you decide to apply. Once you apply for a position, you are contacted by hr via email asking to complete the test first. As a general practice, a person is first invited to the interview and in case he/she is suitable enough, only then a test is given. But i decided to complete it anyway since my cv is suitable at least for inviting me for the interview. As to the test itself, it is quite time-consuming, be ready. Once the test has been completed, it has been sent back to hr and in few days i have received an email that they have chosen More suitable candidate for this position. This is just ridiculous, as they are updating their job adds almost every day on all job portals.
If the company wants to be on top, they should re-evaluate their recruiting process and change something.
