Extremely disappointed with them. Their customer service is abysmal - calls go unanswered and emails ignored. Ordered a premium gadget, but it arrived damaged and far below advertised quality. Despite numerous complaints, their response was non-existent. It's clear they don't value customer satisfaction or adhere to basic quality standards. Highly advise avoiding them; there are far better options out there with companies that respect their clients.
