My experience with bite is a horrible story to explain there fraud i have to explain every thing what is real issue so lets start from start. First of all bite has very unprofessional employees in almost all bite store. For example if you go one store and ask do I get credit for electric items as a behalf of bite client for months so one store will say no its not possible you go other store they say its possible but with PVN and then you go other store they say no problem you get with PVN and if you buy anything they give as a so called gift 😉 5 sim cards for no reason and say you can close after sometime any store in latvia. Ok then you go after sometime to the same store which is first store who denied you to not give a item and say that you got still iteam from other store they watch you like criminal and behave that you done a crime if you ask them to close those so called gift 5 sims they say call to your business manager if you call to your business manager then business manager will figure it out 5000 euros bill to cancel the number but device you bought cost 800 if you ask for explanation and say them that you employees is store said its with device you can cancel next day then they reply no might employees don't know about that. This is just one incident I have several more I would on media and tell all about them.But only way to go get justice take them consumer court.
