Latvian Company SIA Viva Trade (Reg nr.: 40103479761) who is operating online shops under the following Internet domain names:

www.rigashop.lv and www.moblive.lv

Online store www.rigashop.lv and did not deliver the ordered product as promised.

The order has not been fulfilled until it has been promised and the refund has not been received at the requested time.

2017 June 2, the Consumer Rights Protection Center (hereinafter - CRPC) adopted a decision to SIA "VIVA TRADE" (hereinafter - the Company) applied a fine of 15 000 EUR, and made responsible for an immediate end to unfair commercial practices.
