Kristiāna veikals - Terrible attitude

I always thought Kristiana shop had wonderful customer service and knowledgeable consultants in Galeria Riga, until I visited their other branch in Akropole Alfa on 27.07.2023. There were two consultants, both ladies with black hair, one of them was ok, (Viktorija), and the other one, unfortunately I didn't even remember her name since I was so shocked was absolutely terrible, haughty and rude. She approached me, and I asked whether they had one particular perfume in smaller size. I couldn't find the sample of the fragrance, and with this particular fragrance outer packaging looks exactly the same like a top lid of many fragrances. I thought it was also a tester bottle, and started to try removing the lid while talking to her, and she started to scold me like a little girl, full of sarcasm, asking whether I am trying to open products when I go to buy food too. I apologised, saying that I didn't notice, since it wasn't wrapped in plastic I thought it was an open product, I apologised 2-3 times, yet she still was scolding me in a terrible manner. I felt absolutely terrible and ashamed, and when I quietly told her that yes, it is surely my fault, but she could be a bit more polite, I was told that how does she know - maybe I was trying to steal the product, maybe I am a shoplifter. Needless to say I am not going to come back there ever again and will make sure I inform all my relatives and friends about it.
