Itella Logistics SIA - Slikts serviss
Company is Dhl representative in Latvia, but doesn't care about quality of their services related to time maneer, communication with customer and honesty, related to served services. In my situation mistake was made on a sender side who send parcel to incorrect address in latvia, but as far as delivery came to lv dhl informed me that change of delivery address would be possible and is enought to contact itella to make new address arrangement. I did it and provided correct delivery address. Itella operators informed me that i will receive delivery in next day (this was already a 5 th day when delivery was in lv) this didn't happend as agreed and i decided to contact itella once again. This time i received information that package was wrongly scanned and they can't do anything with it, so i will receive delivery on next day (already 7 days gone) today i called them once again with same question related to delivery and they informed me that "today package was sent to this wrong address" (by the way 1st time after 8 days) and you will not receive it today so we can delivery it to you on next week at tuesday - (... After 12 days in lv?) - i said you are kidding me? As there is no other words for "official co-operating partner for dhl - company that i have trusted so many years. Now is only one question - in your opinion all of you, who read this complaints is this a "courier service" or just joke? Trust me guys for me 8 days is enought to delivery package in lv like minimum 8 times in any place in latvia! (proof documents related to this issue available)
