“Clap, clap. Where were you? – At the grandmother’s…”But let us return to the “powerful” congress. There was Andrey Fyodorovich Shipko also present among numerous delegates and guests at the extraordinary meeting, organized under the direction of Nadiya Ivanivna Lukashevych, or a “peasant woman Nadya”, as she was called by her younger associates on construction of the secret vertical lodge. But it was difficult to understand what his role was during such a meeting. Because of some reasons.Firstly, Andrey Shipko was a deputy head of Dnepropetrovsky oblast executive council – a head of the department on humanitarian and social-cultural issues.Secondly, he was a member of the constant commission of oblast council on health, childhood and motherhood issues. Thirdly, he was a member of the party “Partiya Regionov”.While clapping his hands like playing a children game “pat-a-cake” in solidarity with the greeting letter of Viktor Fedorovich Yanukovich, loudly read by a peasant woman Nadya, Andrey Fyodorovich Shipko had time to nod assent to his neighbour, inquiring for him, as he hesitated over the authenticity of the proclaimed letter. His attention was compelled to Olga Aleksandrovna Yatsenko, sitting on the panel. At this great moment Andrey Fyodorovich already knew that a criminal suit was filed against Olga Yatsenko, Fuerer of the party “Narodny Block”. That she was just on the point of being detained, or even maybe arrested. And probably all her property, acquired by her during her pious work, would be confiscated. And being at that congress, he understood that then Olga Aleksandrovna used him again. And probably the police agents from the Directorate for Combating Economic Crimes were right to wait till he applied to them with the request that Olga Yatsenko, her husband Aleksandr Yatsenko and all the people, participating in the fraudulent operation carried out against him, had to be held criminally responsible.Andrey Fyodorovich Shipko had a perfect right to seek a redress from Olga Aleksandrovna Yatsenko, sitting on the panel then. Therefore even the burst of applause did not bother him to again recollect in his bitterness the incident which took place concerning him as well as the investigation carried out by him in connection with it…“Kraft-Ukraine!” At the end of December 2005 as usual Svyatoshinsky district state administration registered a new enterprise at the address: 3 Krzhizhanovskogo Str. It was a closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ukraine”.Aleksandr Nikolayevich Yatsenko was at the head of the business. And it had to deal with manufacturing textile fabrics. The desire of Aleksandr Yatsenko, a former spy of border forces, to manufacture hosiery in the epoch of excess supply of such goods was of course praiseworthy. But he did not have to rule the process of manufacturing, to execute any financial discipline. Boris Pavlovich Kuzminsky, a director of the closed joint stock company “Ukraine”, in colloquial language called “Zhitomir stockings”, was successfully doing it for him, and being at the head of 1,821 shareholders of his factory Boris Kuzminsky included the closed joint stock company “Ukraine” in the shareholders membership of the closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ukraine”.The other two founders of the enterprise which was created were Olga Aleksandrovna Dementyeva (who soon became Yatsenko) and the newly appointed director Aleksandr Nikolayevich Yatsenko himself. The parts of the charter contributions were distributed between the newly created shareholders. Aleksandr Nikolayevich Yatsenko had to contribute 25,000 Hrivnas to the charter fund. Olga Aleksandrovna Dementyeva had to contribute 200,000 Hrivnas to the charter fund. The closed joint stock company “Ukraine” had to contribute 150,000 Hrivnas to the charter fund. Some Galina Anatolyevna Meshcheryakova had to contribute 25,000 Hrivnas to the charter fund. Each of the rest of the shareholders in the amount of 1,819 people had to contribute 20,000 Hrivnas each to the charter fund. That is, three people (Dementyeva- Yatsenko- Meshcheryakova) had to contribute 250,000 Hrivnas to the charter fund of the company “Kraft-Ukraine”. And it was 100,000 Hrivnas more than the amount contributed by the rest of 1,891 shareholders of this company! That was the fact which won over Boris Kuzminsky, the director of the closed joint stock company “Ukraine” at that moment. And anticipating future gains he agreed with the parts of new shareholders which corresponded with their contributions to the charter fund of a new enterprise with pleasure! All the more the name “closed joint stock company” filled with optimism as, for example, the word “kraft” was translated from German as “power”! It meant the power of manufacturing knitwear hosiery! And when the total amount of the charter fund of the closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ukraine” was equal to 400,000 Hrivnas, Olga Aleksandrovna’s part, who was still Dementyeva, in the business was equal to 50%, Aleksandr Nikolayevich Yatsenko’s part in the business was equal to 6.25%, Galina Anatolyevna Meshcheryakova’s part in the business was equal to 6.25%. Totally the three of them owned 62.5% of shares! As the near future showed, neither unemployed shareholder Olga Dementyeva, nor newly appointed spy and stocking maker Aleksandr Yatsenko were not going to contribute 225,000 Hrivnas to the charter fund of the company “Kraft-Ukraine”! But the three confederates already owned the company control packet of shares!“Kraft-Ekop!”In 2003 Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Omelchenko, a mayor of Kiev, rented a plot of land, located at the address: 10b Rusanovskaya Naberezhnaya Str., to the closed joint stock company concern “Ekop” for the period of 25 years. The total square of the plot of land was equal to 0.33 he.The company “Ecop” decided to build a multi-storied building on the afore mentioned plot of land. Local citizens protested against such a construction. The main argument of the protestants was the fact that there were no public meetings concerning a new building carried out and the signatures of plenty of citizens in the report about allegedly carried out public meetings were banally faked. In addition because of its size a multistoried building would lean against not only the existing residential buildings near it, but also against a kindergarten No. 441 and a school No. 182!From the point of view of the future safe life of citizens in a new building there were plenty of questions to the developers. For example, there was quick ground at the depth of 5 meters under the building! There was a forked communication system over the quick ground, which supplied already existing buildings with all the necessary communications! In short the company “Ekop” had legal proceedings against the citizens and new local authorities represented by a new mayor Leonid Mikhaylovich Chernovetsky, who dared stop the construction of a residential building at the address: 10b Rusanovskaya Naberezhnaya Str.Being exhausted from courts, authorities and citizens Anatoliy Ivanovich Lykov, a director of the company “Ekop”, was trying to find a way out. And soon, probably, he managed to find it.According to Aleksandr Viktorovich Nechas, who was working as a lawyer at the office of Olga Aleksandrovna Dementyeva and Aleksandr Nikolayevich Yatsenko, someone introduced Lykov to Dementyeva. Straight then Olga Aleksandrovna, being filled with the petitioner’s sorrow, made an offer to help a poor man to solve existing problems with courts as well as with authorities. Local citizens were not taken into account! She set up creation of a joint venture together with the company “Ekop” as an indispensable condition of her help to the petitioner. Anatoliy Lykov agreed. On April 11, 2006 the closed joint stock company “Kraft Ukraine”, where Olga Aleksandrovna Dementyeva and Aleksandr Nikolayevich Yatsenko owned 52.25% of shares, and the closed joint stock company “Ekop” created a closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ekop”. As usual Svyatoshinsky district state administration also registered this company at the address: 3 Krzhizhanovskogo Str.As usual new partners appointed Aleksandr Nikolayevich Yatsenko the director of the company “Kraft-Ekop”. And a former spy of border forces emphasized manufacturing of knitwear hosiery and not construction in this new company! The charter fund of this enterprise was announced in the amount of 500,000 Hrivnas.Parts in the charter fund of the company “Kraft-Ekop” were distributed fraternally: 50% of shares to each shareholder. And correspondingly each of the shareholders had to contribute 250,000 Hrivnas to the bank account of the company “Kraft-Ukraine”.Inspired with such unexpected for him luck, Anatoliy Ivanovich Lykov even provides his partners with his own office located at the address: 26a Artema Str. And he transfered a half of the agreed part in the charter fund in the amount of 125,000 Hrivnas to the account of the company “Kraft-Ekop”. To the account to which the only person had access and this person was a director Aleksandr Nikolayevich Yatsenko! The following day the afore mentioned amount equal to 125,000 Hrivnas was easily withdrawn from the account by the director and turned into nonregistered “cash”, to which the only couple Dementyeva-Yatsenko had access. The closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ukraine” represented by the director Aleksandr Nikolayevich Yatsenko did not transfer any money to the account of the closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ekop”!Being a wise man, Anatoliy Ivanovich Lykov did not start a conflict with new partners. He even told the journalists, who were carrying out this journalist investigation, that he did not transfer any of 125,000 Hrivnas on behalf of the concern “Ekop”. And he had weighty reasons to tell lies. But let us consider these reasons later. In the meantime Olga Yatsenko took from Lykov all the project documents into her office in order to solve the problem on construction of the multistoried building. Supposedly solving such a problem, she started to sell apartments, parking lots, offices, which were existing only on project papers. And Andrey Fyodorovich Shipko, showing joy while clapping his hands at the “powerful” (“kraft!”) congress, was one of such “lucky” purchasers.“Kraft-LKL!”Margarita Vitalyevna Roberts, who was quite a famous person in high Dnepropetrovsk sections of the public, acquainted Andrey Shipko with Olga Aleksandrovna already Yatsenko. It was enough to say that Margarita Vitalyevna was working as a deputy of Yuriy Ivanovich Ekhanurov, who was a governor in Dnepropetrovsk oblast at that time.Roberts introduced Olga Yatsenko as a very rich and very authoritative person in Ukraine. After some considerations Shipko had to agree with such a fact. All the more it so happened in his life that he had spare money and he dreamed to invest this spare money into business in order to get a profit from it.At once Olga Aleksandrovna offered Andrey Fyodorovich a brilliant plan, in accordance with which he invested money into the construction of a residential apartment, received this apartment at cost price and then he had to either sell it at market prices or to leave it for himself. The plan completely coincided with the expectations of Andrey Fyodorovich Shipko. And new partners started to embody such a plan.Being a true businessman and Dnepropetrovsk citizen, Andrey Fyodorovich demanded from Olga Aleksandrovna the confirmation of her authorities to construct a multistoried building. And in response to his request, showing respect to concerns of a new investor, she showed Andrey Shipko the charter documents of the company “Kraft-Ekop”, project documents of the company “Ekop” for the construction of the building at the address: 10b Rusanovskaya Naberezhnaya Str.A deputy head of Dnepropetrovsk oblast council was dazzled by the honesty and openness of an authoritative lady. And showing sincerity of her own intents, she offered to create a joint venture on equal conditions, which would be controlled also jointly. And Andrey Fyodorovich Shipko accepted such an offer with pleasure and deep gratitude. And on September 4, 2007 a historic significant event took place. The minutes No. 1 about creation of the closed joint stock company “Kraft-LKL” were signed.Olga Aleksandrovna Yatsenko again showed openness of her intents towards her new business partner already with the name of the new closed joint stock company itself. A half of the company name “Kraft” was her brand. The second half of the company name “LKL” was a derivative from the name of the limited liability company “LKL”, an enterprise which was actually owned by Andrey Shipko. In accordance with the charter the closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ekop” had to receive 10,560 shares of the new company with par value 50 Hrivnas each. The limited liability company “LKL” also had to receive 10,560 shares with the same par value.Being modest, Olga Aleksandrovna Yatsenko was ready to be satisfied with 440 shares equal to 22,000 Hrivnas.Being touched with the openness of Olga Yatsenko, a very authoritative person in Ukraine, Andrey Shipko agreed to the same 440 shares and was ready to contribute his 22,000 Hrivnas. But taking into account his future political carrier it was not advisable for him to come into the spotlight in his new business, so he offered to associate his wife Irina Petrovna Shipko as a shareholder.Olga Aleksandrovna did not mind Andrey Shipko’s wife. All the more, her person Nikolay Petrovich Chechevitsa was appointed the director of the company “Kraft-LKL”.After distributing 22,000 of registered shares in such a way into two equal parts for the amount of 1,100,000 Hrivnas, the partners started to sign official documents in a grand manner. The director of the closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ekop” Aleksandr Nikolayevich Yatsenko signed the documents on behalf of the company “Kraft-Ekop”.The director of the limited liability company “LKL” Konstantin Aleksandrovich Palchun confirmed the intents of the company “LKL” to carry out joint business. An imperceptible point under the number 4.3 of the signed charter of the closed joint stock company “Kraft-LKL” said:“At the moment of registration the company shareholders contribute 100% of the charter capital”.That is each of the four shareholders had to make his contribution in full: the side of Olga Yatsenko had to contribute 550,000 Hrivnas and the side of Andrey Shipko also had to contribute 550,000 Hrivnas.“The stockings” have been “knitted”!So the closed joint stock company “Kraft-LKL” was created on September 4, 2007. And already on September 6 of the same year in accordance with the charter Irina Petrovna Shipko transferred 22,000 Hrivnas to the bank account of the closed joint stock company No. 260083115099, opened at the joint stock bank “National investments”, as a part of the charter fund.On the same day on September 6 the director of the limited liability company “LKL” Konstantin Palchun transferred 528,000 Hrivnas to the same account as a part of the charter fund.In just a little more than a month the family council of Shipko decided that it would be great to invest the rest of their finances, earned by them with honest laborious work for the benefit of the motherland, into the high-profitable business. At that moment in Ukraine such was speculation in selling-purchasing apartments. As it seemed to them at that moment, the family Shipko had in their hands 50 per cent of the company, which was controlling the construction of the residential building located at the address: 10b Rusanovskaya Naberezhnaya Str. Consequently they had to invest their hard-earned finances into the construction which was under control of this company. On October 20, 2007 Irina Petrovna Shipko signed an agreement about participation in the construction financing fund with the closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ekop”. The total amount of the agreement was equal to 1,260,480 Hrivnas. It was the price for the apartment, which the family Shipko planned to purchase in the future building.Irina Petrovna made the first part of her contribution equal to 464,600 Hrivnas. But what kind of apartment was it without the parking place on the parking lot near the building? And in almost one month on December 12, 2007 Irina Petrovna signed an additional agreement to the agreement about participation in the construction financing fund. In such an agreement they reserved one parking place for themselves for the amount of 54,200 Hrivnas. And this amount was also paid by Irina Petrovna without delay. So the personal contribution of the family Shipko to the joint good business was equal to 540,800 Hrivnas. Besides, they did much good for the closed joint stock company “Kraft-LKL” from their own family business through the limited liability company “LKL” for the amount of 528,000 Hrivnas. Totally their personal contribution was equal to 1,068,800 Hrivnas.Of course Olga Aleksandrovna Yatsenko did not contribute any 22,000 Hrivnas into the charter fund!Of course the closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ekop” didn’t also contribute the agreed amount of 528,000 Hrivnas to the charter fund of the closed joint stock company “Kraft-LKL”.But all the money, transferred to the account of the company “Kraft-LKL” by Irina Petrovna Shipko and the limited liability company “LKL” straight the following day was turned into cash by its director Nikolay Petrovich Chechevitsa. And while clapping his hands like playing a children game “pat-a-cake” among the same players, who were in second childhood, at the “powerful” congress on November 20, 2010, Andrey Fyodorovich Shipko, who for the last three years did not only receive any apartment, any parking lot, any promised 48% shares, but also spent more than 1,000,000 Hrivnas, was still hoping that the money would be repaid to him with interest. However, neither he, nor his wife Irina Petrovna Shipko, who contributed money for the future parking lot on December 12, in already distant 2007, did not know that as far back as on October 31, 2007 by a compulsory decision the closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ekop” was officially sold to some new founders.Zundurs Ilgonis and Ose Guna, living in 4 Vaarpu Str., Urmala, became owners of the closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ekop”. This couple bought their legal 100% of shares of the company “Kraft-Ekop” (including 48% of shares of the closed joint stock company “Kraft-LKL”) for 200,000 Euros! In cash! The family Yatsenko was able to sell the whole closed joint stock company “Kraft-Ekop” for almost 1.5 million Hrivnas, only if they had goodwill from the side of the second founder of this company, that is of the closed joint stock company concern “Ekop” represented by its director Anatoliy Ivanovich Lykov. Or did they forge his signature without notifying him about such a fact!Maybe that is why Anatoliy Lykov called black white, as after transferring 125,000 Hrivnas on behalf of the concern to the account of the company “Kraft-Ekop”, he received this money from the family Yatsenko into his own pocket?!
