SIA Armodillo - Darbinieku pazemošana, baumu kultivēšana un šausmīgi darba apstākļi

I don't recommend going here for long-term career. Short-term, maybe ok, if you struggle financially, although Evolution Gaming or Playtech would be a better choice still. The "collective" is a bunch of snitches, who fear to loose their jobs, so you're will be the enemy form day 1, although you might not see it, because they pretend to be friendly. They will always find a reason to fire you with humiliation that you "don't fit in" in their bullshit team. It happened to many good employees here.

Head of manufacturing is book-smart, but incompetent as a team leader, task manager and supervisor. Conditions are similar to a Chinese sweatshop - cheap labor being used to sell mostly defective optical cables abroad x5-x6 the original cost, while this all being placed in a big garage with little to no infrastructure to do precise engineering work.

There a better options out there, keep your honor and avoid this "high-end enterprise".
