Dore, Krišjāņa Barona street 28 - customer service

With help of my friends I can tell you father details and complains about the Dore shop on Krišjāņa Barona Street 28.
I was visitor at the shop another week and was willing to buy some latvian traditional handmade items, but the stuff and as I understood the owner of the shop was VERY impolite and had no costumer service skills. I had a pooling welcome when I entered the shop and it was the same while I was looking at items. The artwork at the shop are incredible but the owner and the stuff at the shop is very unpleasant and unwelcome. I had no interest in buying anything as of the cold attitude from the shop owner.I felt like every move of me was followed and looked at as I was some kind of thief. And the same I noticed when other costumers entered.
I would NOT ADVICE you to go to this shop, as there are many other shops in Riga where the customer service is excellent and you will be able to buy souvenirs from Riga.
