Работница не умеет общаться с клиентами,встречает с недовольным лицом,не хочет слышать,что просит клиент,
Ужасно,так нас ещё не встречали.Про напитки забыла, не отдала,сказав об этом,с не довольным лицом сказала" так у вас их и не было", но эту проблему решили, ужасный сервис

tur ir baigais pritons. Cik braucu garām, tur ir tukšs neviena tur nav. Smird pa gabalu.
Nesaki resnai un stervoznai tjotkai, ka viņa ir resna un stervozna. Tad viss būs ok.

I had a visit to to Hesburger in Saharova street last week, I was ignored more than 16min at the desk while 3 employees were going here and there but not doing much to serve 3 kids with kids meals. I called the manager to express my self and save the time, the manager also ignored my request. I received later on half of my order and the other half in 10 min when everything got already called. I tried to speak to the employees but he was not able to make 2 words in Latvian. I left the place and refused to eat cold food and was not refunded. I wrote a complaint letter and the customer service called me to say sorry but we do not see anything wrong from our side, but then confessed that they did not watch the camera and didnt see the cameras and didnot check what really happened, and the fact that the manager has left the place and was not available there any more when I asked again to see her.
I will bring this issue to the notice of the head quarter in Helsinki, until you guys learn customer service skills and stop treating people as ...
