Street Food Points (Pļavnieki) - Rude service, disgusting food

I have never met such a nasty attitude in riga. For the first time we ordered pizza and potatoes there - they were delivered to a neighboring house very late, cold and not edible. The hawaiian pizza was burned like coal - the chicken was black, the cheese was like gum. You can't chew. When asked for a refund, they were Rude. The potatoes were also terrible - dry and in old stinky oil. I do not recommend to anyone!
