Srotas24.lt - Scam, cant send back order

Be careful, this is scam marketplace, if you something order and you want send back, because didnt fit or any reaseon, you change your mind, you cant do that. From any internet shop in the world you can send back your order with 2 weeks and without reason, but this market do rat bussines. Bellow is text what they answer me.

Used goods cannot be returned without reason, according to:
Retail trade rules approved in 2001 June 11 By the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania no. 697 (redaction of Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of July 22, 2014, hereinafter - the Rules) Clause 16. The aforementioned point stipulates that used goods purchased in specialized stores, marketplaces and public places determined by the municipal council or the director of the municipal administration authorized by it, or according to remote contracts, can be exchanged or returned only with the consent of the seller (and thus the procedure established by the seller).
If there is a reason, for example: the product does not work, you need an authorized service to prove that the product is not working.
Electronic goods are also not repaired, as they may be damaged during installation.
