Sia Nexus servises - Sia Nexus Fraud/scammed

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding SIA Nexus Servises and Mr. Gaurav Singh Chauhan (personal code 325088-54485), with whom I entered into a business partnership approximately one year ago. Our shared plan was to open and operate a restaurant in Latvia. During this process, I invested over €12,000 of my personal savings. These funds were transferred directly to Mr. Chauhan’s bank account as well as to his wife’s account. I have complete bank transaction records proving every transfer, and multiple witnesses can confirm that I financially contributed to the restaurant and was actively involved in the business setup.
Due to my limited knowledge of business registration procedures in Latvia, the company was registered solely under Mr. Chauhan’s name. After the business was established, I requested that my name be officially added to the company as a partner to reflect my investment and contribution. However, Mr. Chauhan refused to add me to the company. During one of our disagreements regarding my partnership and money, he physically assaulted me by slapping me and then forcing me out of the restaurant premises. This incident was recorded, and I have clear video evidence showing the assault. Additionally, his wife acknowledged through written messages that the money I invested belongs to me and should be returned.Despite numerous requests and repeated promises from Mr. Chauhan, more than a year has passed, and he has not returned any portion of my investment. I later discovered that he sold SIA Nexus Servises to another individual without informing me, despite my substantial financial involvement in the business. Even after selling the company, he failed to repay any of my money. Based on these actions, I believe I have been the victim of fraud, financial deception, and intentional misuse of my investment.
The combination of financial loss, physical assault, and refusal to acknowledge my rightful share has caused significant personal and financial harm. I am fully prepared to provide all supporting evidence, including bank transfers, video footage, screenshots of messages, and statements from witnesses.
I respectfully request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and that appropriate action be taken against Mr. Gaurav Singh Chauhan and SIA Nexus Servises.
