NS King - all

We had the extremely negative experience having purchased once with you shop in Riga (“MOLS” mall) . The shoes insoles damaged after few use. Obviously it has been claimed in the same shop last April 11th.
Eventually we have met with the management’s and director’s herself such a tough rudeness what never faced before on retailers behalf. It looked like we are the implacable enemies but not regular customer. Felt ourselves literally in deep Soviet era rather than in EU “prosperity”.
The shoes finally been repaired but resulted to the same damaged in several days – insoles set down again. Guess what, why you have more than 152 customers registered claims unsettled (www.sudzibas.lv) ?
I’ll do it for my account again in reliable workshop or dump (to extract remembrance abt your shop). But definitely forget forever what is NS-King and tell everybody around about your “service”. Very poor qlity, very irresponsive management !
Do it further and you’ll sink soon.
