After the king suite with a bathtub, which cost us 162 euros, was denied to me and my guests, by the hotel staff, we have been promised a 28 eur refund for the price difference between room 205 and room 302. We had asked for a 100 eur compensation, as well as a formal apology in writing via the local police.
They still don't seem to understand.
