РешеноArtis Cīrulis - Scammer. Don't make any agreement with this guy

Artis crulis offered us sunflower husk pellets from Aizkraukle, Latvia. We ordered 16,8 tons with transportation to Estonia. The price was 6648 euros, and we transferred the full amount of money on october 27, 2022. Then we heard only excuses for months why the truck could not deliver the pellets. So far, he still owes us the last part of the money. He promises all kinds of funny things, but at the end, none of his words matter.

Don't make any agreements with him; you will likely get scammed. Very problematic person.
