Lexus Riga Airport | WESS - WESS Lexus damaged/ scratched mint winter rims on GS450 after keeping them for summer

Being a loyal client of Wess Lexus Riga Airport for 6+ years with two GS models (service, repairs, storage of wheels), I was shocked and truly disappointed this week once I received my winter wheels. They were badly scratched and damaged during storage at Wess for summer 2020. Now each rim has marks like another rim was dropped on it and then moved. These are genuine rare Lexus 18" rims which are less than a year old and that were in mint condition before storing them at Wess facilities.

Need also to say that once I got my Lexus the wheels were incorrectly installed - front ones (8J) were mixed up with the rear ones (8.5J) which are wider. Afterwards it took about 4(!) hours of my time for discussions and showing clear evidences that such marks could not be obtained by any other way rather than inaccurate storage and movement of the wheels. The only reply I got for dozen of times from Wess was that they are not the culprit here and they never have had any similar cases before. Eventually Lexus dealer offered me to polish the rims for a goodwill declining any proof or evidences that the rims were badly scratched by them. That is not fair from my point of view. I entrusted Wess my goods for keeping for certain period of time and in the end I got damaged items... What goodwill are you talking about guys?!
Ok, we tried to polish one rim, however since these are quite specific ones, there was barely any difference visible after the job was done on several spokes. Moreover once we cleaned the rim with an alcohol/ water all the polish has vanished.

Eventually I ended up with very frustrating and nasty feeling after visiting Wess Lexus dealer and badly scratched original Lexus rims. I was never treated like that before with any previously owned cars. Sad and very disappointed!
