Don't ever rent from this company, they will scam you. I rented from them many times and every time i would give the car back they would accept it, sign that they received it and then next day they would send you email saying that car has been given back in bad condition, scratches etc. Then they would take your deposit. When i rented this summer, i gave the car back, they accepted and signed that all is good and next day they send me email saying that i have damaged they car yet again and i will have to pay them €250 for damages. Even though they only took €50 as a deposit which i authorized on rental day i have received my bank statement and they took €500 without my authorization. They will steal your money, people beware of this company.

Why do you keep on renting if they fraud and steal from you? Must be that rich! Customers support their scams and then wonder why such fraud companies keep on with their business! Unbelievable.
Well first time they did it I though I might be in the wrong as I was driving on unpaved roads, but this time around I realised that this is what they do, take your money from deposit even when there is nothing wrong with the car and more.
Ja jau autorei ir pārliecība, ka nauda paņemta nepamatoti, tad viennozīmīgi - iesniegums policijā, un skaidrot attiecības normālā procesā, lai saprot, kuram ir un kuram nav taisnība!
Bet vispār, kāda vella pēc ir jāraksta sūdzība svešvalodā, pie kam kļūdainā līdz nelabumam!
Mēs, LatRent, neesam, nekad neesam bijuši un nekad nebūsim krāpnieki!
Esoša situācija radās tikai un vienīgi sistēmas kļūmes dēļ debitējot klientu divas reizes, kas veiksmīgi tika atrisināta atgriežot klientam nepamatoti ieturēto daļu.
Slēdzot auto nomas līgumu klients uzņemas materiālo atbildību par automašīnu un sedz nomas laikā radītos zaudējumus transportlīdzeklim ( ja tādi radušies) - pašriska daļa tika ieturēta pamatoti un viss ir dokumentēts un pierādāms. Nekad neesam nepamatoti ieturējuši pašrisku.

This situation arose only due to tehnical issue in our payment system debiting customer twice and was sucessfully solved reversing improperly withheld payment part.
Deductible for damages was withheld according to rental agreement signed before and as per damages was made during the car rental. Everything is documentet and provable. We have never deducted anything causeless.
We are happy that we managed to solve this issue successfully and client was understanding!
