Ifixv - They stole my money

I ordered 3 kitchen technical items back in November 2022. After 2 items were delivered there was a delay on 1 of the items - washing machine. The delay was so long that by the end of January 2023 I decided to cancel the order and was told I will receive a refund in 14 days.

The refund did not happen and so I told them I will inform PTAC - They already are on the black list it appears... Apparently even with request from PTAC to make the refund they still have not done so as of this date.

I would avoid this company at all costs, multiple bad reviews and they are acting outside of the law. I suppose the next step is to try and complain through the Police or legal action

At least Latvija won bronze in the Hockey :D

On a serious note. I would not advise anyone to use this company. I was constantly told that my item will come and it did not. Eventually they decided to just keep my money. Its theft plain and clear. I still cant understand why they bothered delivering 2 out of 3 of the items... Its a weird kind of scam artist
